CatholicCare is pleased to announce the renewal of our sponsorship of the Capras’ All Abilities program for another year.
Our commitment supports the program’s continued growth and reflects our dedication to promoting inclusive initiatives and enhancing community wellbeing across Central Queensland.

To celebrate the continued partnership, we recently welcomed Candice from Capras Community Care to our Rockhampton office.
During the visit, Candice presented our team with a signed Capras jersey and pair of shorts, which were accepted by Donald Butler and Carmel Marshall from our executive team.
The Capras’ All Abilities Program champions inclusivity by offering people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to participate in rugby league–related activities.
The program promotes physical activity, confidence, and social connection for participants through regular training sessions and competitive matches with the Gladstone All Abilities team.
2026 promises to be an exciting year for the program as it prepares to expand from two to four dedicated All Abilities teams, broadening opportunities for involvement throughout the region.
Additionally, a new training hub is set to be established in Yeppoon, improving access for local participants and strengthening the program’s presence in Central Queensland.
CatholicCare is proud to continue supporting this important local initiative, which closely aligns with our own focus on inclusion, community, and creating connection.
We look forward to the year ahead and to cheering on the players throughout the upcoming season as the program enters its next exciting chapter.
