Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
🔹Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
🔹Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home
🔹Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connection
🔹Life Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cooking
🔹Medication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualified
🔹Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural assistance
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
🔹Available 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🔹Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
🔹QLD C/CA Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
🔹Compassionate and client-centred approach
🔹Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
Desirable:
🔹Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
🔹12+ months of industry experience
🔹Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
🔹Medication administration competency
