

Dementia Together is a fully inclusive wellness retreat and education program for people with early-stage dementia and their carer.
Over three relaxing days, participants will gain practical advice, tools, and support to help manage dementia, access services, and plan for the future—all while learning how to keep everyone living in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible.
With expert-led sessions, personalised guidance, and everything included at no cost, Dementia Together provides a supportive space to empower people on a dementia journey.
This program is funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Health and Aged Care.

Program Eligibility
Dementia Together is designed for people with early-stage dementia and their carers. To participate, the following criteria must be met:
For people with dementia
- Have received a formal diagnosis from a doctor within the past two years, or
- In the early stages of seeking a formal diagnosis.
For carers
- Is a partner, family member, or friend.
