Men’s Behaviour Change
CatholicCare’s Men’s Behaviour Change Program supports men who want to take responsibility for their use of violence, control, or harmful behaviours in relationships.
Through a 16 week program of group sessions and individual counselling, we help men understand the impact of their actions, learn to manage strong emotions, and build safer, more respectful relationships.
Every man’s journey starts with a private assessment to understand their goals and circumstances, with a focus on keeping partners and families safe throughout the process.
Our services are free and confidential. This program is funded by the Department of Communities, Child Safety & Disability Services
