Support at Home
Support at Home is the new Government program replacing Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025. It provides older people with the care and support needed to stay living at home.
CatholicCare understands the challenges that come with navigating the aged care system. We’re here to help guide you through what’s available, explain your options, and provide you with the right support every step of the way.
Whether you’re arranging care for yourself or a loved one, our experienced team of Care Partners will work with you to develop a personalised care plan and connect you with services that match your needs, goals, and funding. With CatholicCare, you’ll get the right care, from the right people, at the right time.
Understanding Support at Home Classification Levels
When you are approved for Support at Home, you’ll be assigned a classification level based on your care needs. Each level comes with a quarterly budget that determines how much government funding is available for your care and services.
CatholicCare can help you understand your classification, manage your budget, and plan how to use your funding to best support your goals.
