Transport services are available through these programs:

Home Care Package Program (HCP) For older people with complex care needs. This program is for people aged 65+ years (50+ for First Nations).
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) For older people with basic care needs. This program is for people aged 65+ (50+ for First Nations).
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) For people with a permanent disability or impairment. This program is for people aged 9 - 65.
Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) For younger Australians who aren't eligible for the NDIS. This program is for people under 65 (or under 50 for First Nations).
Private Bookings For people not eligible for government funded programs. Available to all ages.

Yes, your carer can come with you as long as there’s a seat available when you book. Carer support is especially helpful for medical appointments or trying new activities.

Our transport service mostly covers local areas in Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Blackwater and the Capricorn Coast. For longer trips or special requests, contact us to talk about your needs.

You can usually bring two or three shopping bags that fit in the vehicle. If you need more space let our team know when you book and we’ll try to help.

Yes, you can book transport for more than one appointment in a day. Our team will help plan your transport bookings to fit your schedule.
