CatholicCare is proud to deliver home care services through the Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Program.
Designed to support independence and provide low level care, VHC funded services help to make daily life easier, safer and more comfortable.
This program is funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Which services can I access?

Domestic Assistance
Help with cleaning and basic household tasks like washing clothes, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

Personal Care
Help with showering, dressing, taking medicine, using the toilet, and checking your well-being.

Respite Care
Help to give carers a break from their caring duties.

Social Support
Help with getting to appointments and doing activities in the community, including transport and support.

Home and Yard Maintenance (Bundaberg Only)
Help with basic home repairs, like fixing doors or changing lightbulbs, as well as yard tasks such as mowing, trimming, and removing weeds or rubbish.
