Youth Support Service
Growing up can be tough, especially when faced with challenges like homelessness, school struggles, or feeling disconnected from family and community.
Our Youth Support Service helps people aged 12 to 21 get back on track by providing the support they need to feel safe, stable and connected.
Through case management, referrals, and practical support, we focus on building resilience, strengthening relationships, and opening doors to education and employment.
Our team understands the unique challenges of living in regional and remote areas, and works closely with young people to help them create a future they can be proud of.
