CentacareCQ is proud to be able to offer fee relief and discounts to a large number of our clients across the Central Queensland region on our counselling, Family Relationship Centre and ACCESS services. The fee relief and discounts are available until 1st August 2020
These are strange and unusual times we find ourselves in. The anxiety of the actual virus pandemic, coupled with the financial and employment ramifications, have caused a perfect storm of stress and issues for so many people in our community.
From today Department of Social Services Family & Relationship Counselling Services clients and all our Family Relationship Centre Clients are eligible for fee relief.
This includes the following concessions:
- Free Counselling Sessions
- Free Family Relationship Centre Services
- Bulk Billing for Better Access Initiative Psychology Sessions (Bundaberg only)
ACCESS clients, even those with contracts already in place, will still be required to pay for services, however a 50% discount on regular counselling session fees is available.
The fee relief and discounts are available until 1st August 2020

Terms & Conditions Apply: Fee relief is available from 6th June 2020 until 1st August 2020. Department of Social Services Family & Relationship Counselling Services clients are eligible for fee relief. Existing contracted ACCESS clients are still required to pay for services, but will receive a 50% discount on regular counselling session fees.
