CENTACARECQ provides government subsidised Home Care Packages from Level 1 to 4 specifically tailored to suit individual needs.

Home Care Packages are designed to support people to remain living in their own home.

A CentacareCQ Home Care Package can be created to help individuals maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.

A wide range of services and flexible options may include:

• cleaning, spring cleaning, meal prep, gardening and home maintenance, shopping, respite, outings, group activities and transport to medical appointments

• personal care assistance, medication monitoring

• allied health services including social work, occupational therapy and exercise physiology
