COMMUNITY Education offers individuals, Government, and Non-Government agencies access to a variety of tailor-made workshops and training programs suitable for all ages including (but not limited to):

• Parenting Programs – 123 Magic and Triple P

• Pre-marriage Education – FOCCUS

• Coping with Anxiety and Depression

• Rebuild and Reengage – Cycle of Violence and the Effects of Trauma

• Resilient Kids Workshop- Inc: Self-Esteem; Bullying; Feelings; Positive Relationships

There may be costs associated with some of our Community Education programs.

ACCESSCQ is a business unit of CentacareCQ, providing flexible, tailor-made services in our local communities providing business services including:

• EAP (counselling)

• Critical Incident Management

• Mediation

• Training and Education

• Professional Supervision

• Professional Supervision

• Management Coaching

Medicare Better Health

MEDICARE Better Health Access services are available at CentacareCQ‘s Bundaberg site for a small fee of $35 per session plus client’s Medicare rebate.

This service is accessed through a GP referral.

Clients can ask their GP to send their referral to CentacareCQ.

The purpose of Better Health Access, is to improve treatment and management of mental illness.

Better Health Access is designed to work closely and collaborate with client’s mental health professionals and their local general practitioner.

It is important to balance the ever increasing cost of living, family, and avoid any stress that may impact on health and well-being.
