Nursing Services now available from CentacareCQ

CentacareCQ is proud to announce we are now offering nursing services to our clients in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Bundaberg.

Our fully qualified and experienced clinical nurses can help clients with following services:

• Clinical health assessment
• Continence assessment including prescribing for continence aids
• PAS (cognitive) assessments
• Wound care
• Health issue education
• Liaising with GP’s

Lyn

Lyn has been nursing for 43 years. She commenced working for CentacareCQ in July 2020.

Lyn began nursing in 1977. During her career Lyn has worked in many capacities including managing an aged care facility and being a department head of a hospital specialising in disability.

In her free time Lyn enjoys boating and off-roading four wheel drive vehicles around Fraser Island and Cape York.
