Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages are designed to support older Australians with more complex or ongoing care needs to continue living safely and comfortably at home.
Whether you need help with day-to-day tasks, personal care, or health support, Home Care Packages offer tailored services that match your lifestyle and goals.
The level of support you receive depends on your individual needs, as assessed by the Australian Government.
Understanding Package Funding Levels
Once you have been allocated a package after your My Aged Care assessment, you chose a provider such as CatholicCare and we arrange a package of services to meet your care needs. A CatholicCare Care Partner will work with you to identify your goals and support needs, and tailor a care plan that optimises your funding.
Home Care Packages are available at four different levels of funding:
-
Level 1
More basic care needs
-
Level 2
-
Level 3
-
Level 4
Higher level or complex care needs
