Building Connections & Fostering Futures

Support for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Isaac Region.

Youth Homelessness Program

Finding safe and stable housing can be difficult, especially when you are not sure where to start or what support is available.

CatholicCare’s Youth Homelessness Program supports young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or need help to maintain safe and stable housing.

Our mobile youth workers provide practical, personalised support across the Isaac Region, meeting you somewhere you feel safe and helping you take steps towards greater housing stability.

Whether you are sleeping rough, staying somewhere temporarily, worried about losing your tenancy or simply unsure where to turn, we can help you understand your options and connect with the right support.

There is no cost to access the program.
