Standard 8 of the new Aged Care Standards will relates to Organisational Governance.
Standard 7 focuses on the staff employed by CentacareCQ. There is an expectation that CentacareCQ will supply suitably knowledgeable, capable and caring staff to our clients.
The Aged Care Standards have always had a client focus and with Standard 6 discussing clients being able to feel comfortable to speak up and complain.
Standard 5 in the new Aged Care Standards relates to the Organisation’s service environment.
